How to adjust the volume of the hearing aid?

After your hearing aid is tuned based on the results of your hearing test, you can adjust the sound volume according to your preferences. There are two ways to do that.

The first way to adjust the volume of the hearing aid is by using the volume control button on the hearing aid itself.

Increase the volume:
You will increase one volume level each time you press the top end of the volume control. There are 10 volume levels to choose from (you will hear a single beep at each volume level). Once you reach the highest volume, you will hear a voice says, "maximum volume."

Decrease the volume:
Press the bottom of the volume control to decrease the volume. Once you reach the lowest volume, you will hear a voice says, "minimum volume."

Another way to adjust the general volume is by using the volume slider in the Tuned app (marked in red).

By moving the slider to the right, you will increase the volume, and by moving it to the left, you will decrease the volume.

You can also choose to adjust the volume in a specific frequency range. Go to ‘menu’ and choose ‘Equalizer’:

Here you can change the volume of the bass tones, the mid-tones, and the treble tones independently to adjust the sound quality of the hearing aid according to your personal preference.
