Do hearing aids cause any side effects?

Basically, there should be no side effects. You should feel comfortable with your hearing aids, and after getting used to the amplification, you should be able to wear them for most of the day (except when you shower, swim, exercise, or sleep).

You should know that your hearing aids are in your ears, but you should not feel any pain, extensive pressure, irritation, or bleeding.
